An historic property in Black Rock has traded hands for $502,000. New York City-based OPM Niagara sold 1920 Niagara Street to Dr. Fadi Dagher’s 1920 Niagara LLC. The building contain 10 apartments and 12,810 sq.ft. of space according to City property records.
Some details from the new owner via email:
We will be updating all the apartments (10) and restore the storefront of the building. We are also planning on doing exterior renovations such a painting the building and fixing the brick work! It would be nice if people could offer options for paint color since we want to paint it exciting colors. This is a great building and we are excited to be on Niagara St.
Dagher owns several prominent city properties including the Waterfront Village Office Complex, the Eckhardt Building at Broadway and Fillmore, the former K-mart across from the Broadway Market, and is planning a mixed-use complex at Main and Dodge streets.
