Four-story, $25 million Main Street building proposed by local developer

A vacant Main Street parcel that sits on the northern edge of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is being eyed as the site of $25 million mixed-use building.

The project is being championed by local developer Dr. Fadi Dagher and his Cedarland Development Group, which wants to construct the four-story, 90,000-square-foot building at the corner of Main and Dodge streets.

Dagher said he is considering adding two more stories to the building to make room for market-rate apartments.

“I think the demand is there,” Dagher said.
